The term “Senrysa” or “Senrysa Technologies” or “Senrysa Technologies Private Limited”, “Senrysa Foundation” include our affiliates, employees, campaign organizers, predecessors, successors, attorneys and respective subsidiaries and also any other service providers that caters solutions, services or furnishes devices or set any deal or contract with you in connection with the terms and conditions of this agreement. The term “Senrysa” or “Senrysa Foundation” or “Senrysa Technologies” or “Senrysa Technologies Private Limited” include our affiliates, employees, predecessors, successors, attorneys and respective subsidiaries and also any other service providers that caters solutions, services or furnishes devices or set any deal or contract with you in connection with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Senrysa Foundation has the right to modify or terminate the services, campaign and / or volunteering participation allowance or any permission provided to you if you are found breaking these terms and conditions and using the service for any non-business purpose. Senrysa Foundation also has the right to refuse any responsibility or liability if the client uploads any media or content that is inappropriate or unlawful, constitutes a racial statement, violence, obscene, harassment, spamming or infringes any privacy or copyright.

You agree to be financially responsible for use of the Service and use of your account by others and also be responsible for the use of the Campaign rules, regulations and procedures.
VOLUNTEERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For participating in volunteering, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions framed by Senrysa Technologies for Senrysa Foundation. With the participation in the volunteering projects of Senrysa Foundation you are coming in terms and conditions, which includes certain rules, regulations, contracts, deals and policies set by Senrysa Technologies for that of Senrysa Foundation. The Campaign(s), Volunteering Projects and sessions of Senrysa Foundation, organised by Senrysa Technologies welcomes all public and citizens of the nation to equally participate in the process of volunteering, devoid of any discrimination. All the volunteers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, i.e. the age eligible for the majority in the country. The volunteers must represent and / or warrant that their age is minimum eighteen (18) years of age. No upper age limit is restricted for volunteering. No special degree is required for volunteering. A volunteer is expected to know one national language and one regional language for a better communication. For volunteering in educational field, a minimum education qualification is required, and the candidate must be strong in at least one stream or subject. You must also register as a participant for the volunteering projects with a valid and genuine details required by Senrysa Foundation. You must warrant that your name, user name, address, registered location, contact information and other details are correct for any donation, payment, transaction, communication or any sort of participation by fair means. The organiser of the campaign(s) have full rights to add, amend, vary, modify, delete any or part of the Terms and conditions set for the campaign(s) without any prior notice. To be a part of volunteering process, you have to fill up the online form displayed on the screen at the official website of Senrysa Foundation and submit it to us. Neither Senrysa Technologies nor Senrysa Foundation is responsible for the personal travel cost and arrangements of the volunteer. The volunteers are themselves responsible for their travel arrangements. Senrysa Technologies and Senrysa Foundation including any and all of its employees, managers, directors, shareholders, host families and host country partner organizations are not liable, to the maximum extent of the law, for any loss or harm the volunteer or associates may suffer during the volunteering. A volunteer is expected to observe code of conduct of the nation where the volunteering project is held and shall be decent in moral behaviour towards the society. Senrysa Foundation has the right to cancel any placement of an enrolled volunteer before start date.
